1. Head of Finance and Human Resources (m/f)

Location:Main Office - Ihanska cesta 3, SI-1230 Domžale

Join us as a freelance accountant with several years of experience in accounting services, looking to leave the stress and monotony behind and explore new challenges in a relaxed environment.

Work tasks:

- accounting and financial reporting

- cash management

- management of receivables and payables

- tax management

- ensuring compliance and control

- financial planning and analysis

- recruiting and hiring staff

- managing employment relationships and employee data

- good knowledge of general and commercial legislation

- working with basic computer tools (MS Office, Chat GPT, etc.)

- working with communication applications (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)

- excellent knowledge of the Slovenian language (spoken and written)

- good command of the English language (spoken and written)

- Category B licence

Desirable skills:

- knowledge of working with software (Vasco FAW, Vasco KPFW...)

- working with web platforms (Wordpress, Woocommerce)

- recruiting and hiring staff

- labour relations management

- managing employee data

- basic knowledge of other languages
